£35     per class for one to one.  Reduction for a course booking (min of 4)

Concessions available for low income - please ask me.

GENERAL CLASSES
Classes are mixed ability & relaxed.  Beginners welcome. We learn to listen to our bodies & develop our own practise.

ONE TO ONE CLASSES
I also offer one to one sessions with a therapuetic focus for Trauma / Restorative Yoga / Backcare / & general yoga.

TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGA THERAPY
I combine my experience of working with trauma with the healing practises of yoga to create safe space & explore & heal from traumatic events. We gently learn how to feel more comfortable in the body, aiming to restore a positive sense of self. Relieving the many debilitating symptoms associated with PTSD & the distress of mental health disorder, enabling us to better manage & to be more comfortable in our lives.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Gentle yoga, with a focus on relaxation. Often using support to remain comfortable in postures for longer, allowing the body to relax and rejuvenate. Using gentle yoga postures, breathing practices, visualisations & mindfulness we can learn how to relax deeply, enabling us to feel refreshed and calm.

YOGA FOR BACK PAIN 
Gentle general yoga classes with a focus on restoring strength & health for those experiencing back pain.  Suitable for those with painful backs !
